We use your data exclusively to: • Process, print, and ship your orders. • Transactional communication (order status, invoice delivery, and delivery updates). • Issue shipping labels via Melhor Envio (where name, CPF, and address are shared strictly with the partner carrier to enable delivery). • Fraud prevention and moderation of prohibited content. • Internal operations (accounting, customer support, and aggregated performance statistics). Commitment: We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data is stored securely while your account is active or for the legally required period (such as the 5-year period for tax documents, under the Brazilian National Tax Code).
