By marking a 3D model as public on the platform, the user grants WooD3d.rj a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, and free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and commercialize said 3D model.
The user declares and agrees that, by making a 3D model public, they assign to WooD3d.rj the legal ownership of the model for 3D printing and commercialization purposes. The user waives any exclusive licensing rights over the published model, allowing the site to sell, reproduce, and distribute the model without restrictions.
Models kept private remain under the intellectual property of the user. WooD3d.rj will not make commercial use of private models, limiting itself only to executing the contracted printing service.
The user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights over the submitted models and that these do not infringe copyrights, patents, trademarks, or any intellectual property rights of third parties. The responsibility for the license and authorship of submitted models lies exclusively with the user who sent them. WooD3d.rj is exempt from any and all responsibility regarding the origin, licensing, and legality of received models.
