Service Agreement for Artists - WooD3d.rj

1. Nature of Relationship

The artist registered on the WooD3d.rj platform acts exclusively as an independent service provider (freelancer). Registration and work performed through the platform do not constitute, under any circumstances, an employment relationship, labor bond, or any type of exclusivity commitment between the artist and WooD3d.rj.

2. Transfer of Model Ownership

Upon delivering a 3D model through the platform in fulfillment of a contracted project, the artist fully assigns the intellectual property rights of the model to WooD3d.rj. The delivered and paid model will belong to the site, which may use, reproduce, modify, and commercialize it without restrictions.

3. Compensation

The artist will be compensated according to the agreed value in the accepted proposal for each project. Payment will be made after approval of the model by the client and/or platform administrator. The platform service fee will be deducted as established at the time of project acceptance.

4. Licensing and Authorship Responsibility

The artist guarantees that delivered models are of their original authorship or that they hold the proper usage licenses. The responsibility for the license, authorship, and legality of submitted models lies exclusively with the artist. WooD3d.rj is exempt from any responsibility regarding the origin and licensing of received models, with the artist bearing any legal consequences arising from violation of third-party rights.

5. Acknowledgment of Transfer Terms

The artist declares being aware of and in agreement with all property transfer terms described in this document, including the full assignment of rights over delivered and paid models, and the exemption of WooD3d.rj regarding model licensing.

6. Confidentiality

The artist commits to maintaining confidentiality regarding client information and platform projects, and may not disclose data, technical specifications, or order details without prior authorization from WooD3d.rj.

7. Autonomy

The artist is free to accept or decline projects, set their own working hours, and use their own tools and equipment. The platform does not exercise control over how work is performed, only over the final delivered result.
